This gorgeous 1920's home was a complete top to bottom remodel in one of Denver's oldest neighborhoods, Park Hill. Great care was taken to preserve the full character and unique architectural details while adding modern day amenities. This historic remodel features original fir floors from 1923 restored to their original oiled luster, a custom study and theater with meticulous woodwork.
